A key aspect of this initiative is the introduction of a user-friendly mobile app designed to enhance citizen convenience and engagement.
With a host of features encompassing connection management, grievance resolution, bill management, change requests, status tracking, news updates, profile management, and timely alerts, this app empowers residents to actively engage in urban water management and stay well-informed about the latest developments, fostering a more efficient and transparent urban water infrastructure.
